I didn’t get my download email

Check your spam or promotions folder first, it’s the most common cause. Your download link is sent the moment payment goes through. Still nothing after a few minutes? Send us a message with the email you used to order.

I used the wrong email at checkout

Send us the correct email address and your order number (or the kit you bought), and we’ll get your download re-sent to the right inbox.

My download link stopped working

Links have a download limit to protect the kits from being leaked. Send us your order number and a quick note, and we’ll get you a fresh one. We review these by hand and we’re generous with genuine cases.

A file in my kit won’t open

Every kit is standard WAV or MP3 (plus MIDI where a kit’s page says so), so this is rare. If something is actually corrupted, message us and we’ll get you a working copy.

Can I get a refund?

Digital sales are final, but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with a problem. If a link failed, you were charged twice, you got the wrong file, or a file won’t open, message us and we’ll sort it out. We look at each case one at a time and go for the best outcome we can. We can’t take a kit back because you changed your mind after downloading it. Contacting us is always faster than a bank dispute.
