Quick answers

I didn’t get my download email

Check your spam or promotions folder first, it’s the most common cause. Your download link is sent the moment payment goes through. Still nothing after a few minutes? Send us a message with the email you used to order.

I used the wrong email at checkout

Send us the correct email address and your order number (or the kit you bought), and we’ll get your download re-sent to the right inbox.

My download link stopped working

Links have a download limit to protect the kits from being leaked. Send us your order number and a quick note, and we’ll get you a fresh one. We review these by hand and we’re generous with genuine cases.

A file in my kit won’t open

Every kit is standard WAV or MP3 (plus MIDI where a kit’s page says so), so this is rare. If something is actually corrupted, message us and we’ll get you a working copy.

Can I get a refund?

Change of mind isn’t refundable, because the files are yours the moment they download. But if a kit is broken, won’t open, or isn’t what the page says, tell us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund it. If you were charged twice, we’ll refund the extra copy. Contacting us is always faster than a bank dispute.

New to drum kits?

Our Getting Started guide covers what’s in a kit, how to load one into FL Studio and other DAWs, and the basics of licensing.
