Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Email support@enterworld.one from the address you ordered with, tell us which kit, and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to argue the case. If a download failed, if you were charged twice, if you received the wrong file, or if a kit simply is not what you expected, that is enough.

Everything we sell is a digital download, delivered the moment your payment goes through. Because of that there is no automatic right of withdrawal once a download has been made available to you, except where the law where you live says otherwise. That is the legal position, and the 30 day window above is what we offer on top of it.

This is a good-faith policy written for people who had a problem, and we would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use. It is not a free trial. We may decline a refund where there is a pattern of buying and refunding across multiple orders, and we will tell you plainly if that is why.

After 30 days, write to us anyway. A problem with a genuine cause behind it does not stop mattering on day 31.

How to ask. Email support@enterworld.one. Include the name of the kit, or the order number if you have it. That is all we need. There is no form and no ticket number, and a reply comes from a person.

A bank dispute works differently, and it costs you the kit. A payment dispute filed with your bank or card issuer reverses the payment through the processor rather than through us, and it revokes your access to the product it relates to. If something has gone wrong, contact us first. It is faster, and you keep the kit.

Who takes the payment. Checkout, payment processing and any applicable sales tax are handled by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record. We do not collect or store your full card details. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
